EILEEN E. SOMMER (formerly Eileen E. SENIOR ASSOCIATE
	MURRAY H. VAN EMAN, senior associate, has over 6 years of legal experience, focusing his practice on general corporate matters, real estate, business transactions, campaign finance, and lobby law compliance. He represents clients in matters involving entity selection, formation and governance, employment matters (management), general corporate, litigation management for small businesses without in-house counsel, real estate development (including land entitlement advice), and legal compliance issues for political action committees and lobbyists.  He is also licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia as well as the State of Texas.

	KORRIE L. COTNEY, the newest member of our legal team, is a 2007 graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law where she earned a joint Juris Doctor and Masters of Public Administration (J.D./M.P.A) degree. Additionally, Ms. Cotney completed all requirements necessary for certification as a Texas Mediator and Family Law Mediator.
