KELLI BORBON is a seasoned litigator with more than 19 years of experience. She has extensive litigation experience in employment, consumer, products liability, general commercial, toxic tort and personal injury, as well as arbitrations and administrative proceedings. In addition to her general litigation practice, she also focuses on advising clients in litigation avoidance, regulatory compliance and general risk management strategies, policies and procedures. She assists clients in the drafting and periodic review of policies and procedures, form documents and agreements generally. She also advises and assists clients with eviction and landlord-tenant issues, collection matters, injunctions, and temporary restraining orders and open records requests.
SUSAN CONE KILGORE represents clients with employment law disputes, advises on international law issues, and provides mediation and dispute resolution when parties are in conflict. She has tried lawsuits in federal courts from California to Florida and in state court and municipal court. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the District of Columbia.
